He was predeceased by: his parents, Fraser Waugh and Verna Waugh (McDougall); his children, Michael, Cathy and Gerald; and his siblings, Oral and Elizabeth.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine; his children, Kevin Waugh, Beverley Waugh, Wiley Waugh Jr., Holland Waugh, Verna Waugh (Randy Montgomery) and Jason Waugh; and his brother Earl Waugh (Barb). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
