He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Perkins and Mary Perkins (Tapley); his siblings, Kevin, Donald and Marilyn Hills; his mother-in-law Mary Crawford; his son-in-law Trevor Paris; and his siblings-in-law, Brian McKimm and Mary Hazlette-Crawford.
He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Kevin Perkins (Mireille Godin), Duane Perkins (Darlene) and Wendy Paris (Alan Kenny); his grandchildren, Charley Perkins, Cole Perkins, Alicia Paris, Noah Perkins and Garrett Perkins; his stepgrandchildren, Caleb (Shelly), Joshua, Makya, Christopher, John, Selena and Savanna; his sister Claudia Quinn (Allison); and his siblings-in-law, Murray Crawford, Rayma Martin, Elaine McKimm and Faye Kimball (Ken). He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
