Though Irénée may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Irénée touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bourgeois and Dorothée Bourgeois (Léger). He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Bourgeois; his daughter Pierrette LeBlanc (Gerald) of Boudreau-Ouest; his siblings, Claudius of Boudreau-Ouest and Marguerite Bourgeois of Cap-Pelé; his sister-in-law Marie Bourgeois; and his grandchildren, Pierre and Renelle. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
