She was predeceased by: her spouse Patrice; her parents, Thaddéé Collette and Béatrice Collette (Cormier); her daughter Diane; and her siblings, Madeleine, Elise, Jeanne, Lionel, Alban, Philippe, Elias and Alyre.
She is survived by: her children, Jeannine Bastarache of Bouctouche, Denise Bourque (Gerard) of Bouctouche, Pauline Richard (Maurice) of Bouctouche, Claude (Carmella) of Bouctouche and Rhéal of Bouctouche; and her siblings, May Bourque (Ronald) of Shediac and Emile of Shediac. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
In Zella's memory, donations may be made to the Manoir Saint-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche.
