She was predeceased by: her husband Jacob Breau (Jake); her parents, David Allain and Beatrice Allain (Maillet); her son Alcide; and her siblings, Irène, Lydia (late Edouard), Marie-Anne (late Fred), Arsène, Albert and Adelard.

She is survived by: her children, Yvette Maillet (André) of Saint-Thomas, Diane Poirier (Jimmy) of Bouctouche Bay, Annette Arsenault (Alvin) of Richiboucto-Village, Yvon (Odette) of Bouctouche Bay, David (Diane) of Bouctouche Bay and Bertin of Bouctouche Bay; her brother Alcide (Normande) of Bouctouche; and her sister-in-law Dorice (late Adelard). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
