She was predeceased by: her spouse Emerie Girouard; her parents, Alyre Bourgeois and Edmée Bourgeois (Jaillet); and her sister Andréa. She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Sharon Girouard and Heidi Girouard (Guy) of Bouctouche; and her siblings, Raymonde Roy of Bolton, MA, Laurie (Elva) and Yvon (Claudette) of Moncton. She is also survived by five step grandchildren and one step great grandchild.

In Rose-Mai's memory, donations may be made to the Manoir Saint-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche.
