He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Carroll and Eleonore Carroll (LeBlanc); and his siblings, Stella and Gilbert. He is survived by: his wife Rose-Mai Carroll (Pellerin); his children, Patricia Carroll-Olson (Darcy) of Calgary and Michael of Amherst; his granddaughter Kassidy; and his siblings, Marguerite Cormier (Ray) of Moncton, Yvonne Shields (Phil), Lucie Bastarache (Jean-Yves) of Bouctouche, Jean (Chantal) of Saint-Joseph, Edouard (Marie-Jeanne) of Bouctouche, Raymond of Moncton, Leo-Paul (Lea) of Saint-Maurice and Ronnie (Andrea) of Moncton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions there will be a private visitation and funeral service at a later date.
