He was predeceased by: his parents, Henri LeBlanc and Aurise LeBlanc (Hébert); and his brothers, Roméo and Ronald. He is survived by: his wife Bernice; his daughters, Jocelyne LeBlanc (Georges Hébert) of Moncton and Renelle Fried (Dale) of Dieppe; and his siblings, Murielle Léger (Clarence) of Shediac, Huberte LeBlanc of Saint-Antoine, Maria LeBlanc of Bouctouche, Marie-Mai Doiron (Claude) of Rogersville, Roger (Yvette) of Cocagne, Valerie (Clara) of Lameque and Ovila (Murielle) of Sainte-Marie. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
In Normand's memory donations may be made to the Sarcoma Cancer Foundation of Canada.
