She was predeceased by: her husband Elmo Johnson; her parents, Arthur LeBlanc and Lina LeBlanc (Daigle); and her siblings, Marguerite, Germaine, Edmée, Marie-Thérèse, Ti-Alyre, René, Alyre, Adelin, Normand and Edgar.

She is survived by: her children, Brenda LeBlanc (Roger) of Bouctouche, Mark (Kim) of Gardner, MA and Yvon (Brenda) of Orléans, ON; her grandchildren, Stéphanie, Sharon, Ann, Pierre and Daniel; her great grandchildren, Caroline, Maxwell, Mason and Marcus; and her sister Irène Sawyer (Garnet) of Rexton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In Noëlla's memory, donations may be made to the Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital Funds.
