She was predeceased by: her husband Georges Collette; her parents, Joseph Melanson and Elodia Melanson (Saulnier); her adoptive parents, Clément Saulnier and Mélina Saulnier; her children, Murielle Laudia and Jean-Noel; and her siblings, Rita, Judith, Emma, Doris, Anita, Marguerite, Aldéric, Adelard, Eddie, Joseph, Acquila and Emerie.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Réjeanne Léger (Aubrey) of Bouctouche, Angela LeBlanc (Jacques), Murielle Collette (Bernard Maillet) and Jeannette Boudreau (Yvon); her great grandchildren, Christien, Denis, Martin, Melissa and Nathalie; her sister Viola Cormier (Donald) of Bouctouche; and her close friend Henri Allain of Bouctouche. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
