He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrien and Yvette (Leblanc); and his siblings, Pauline Levesque (late Denis) of Moncton, Henri and Pierre.
He is survived by: his children, Manon (Francois LeBlanc) of Dieppe and Marc of Dieppe; the mother of his children Claudette Landry; his grandchildren, Nicolas, Alexis (Marie-Andrée), Félix (Brett), Benoit and Audrée; his siblings, Georgette Albert (Emile), Louise Levesque (Jean-Marie Godin) of Grande-Anse, Pierrette Godin (Roland) of Bathurst, Michel (Majella) of Grande-Anse, Jean-Paul and Serge Mallet (Ginette Godin) of Saint-Léolin; his sisters-in-law, Bibianne Landry, Marielle Mallet, Géraldine and Poirier; and his godchildren, Jean-François Albert, Maxime Levesque and Mylène White. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces and, cousins.
