He was predeceased by: his wife Yvonne LeBlanc (Cormier); his parents, Anselme LeBlanc and Anna LeBlanc (Allain); his son Joseph; and his brother Léo-Paul.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Raoul of Sainte-Marie, Ginette Poirier (Gerald) of Shediac and Anna Richard of Bouctouche Bay; and his nieces and nephews, Karine, Sylvie and Stephanie. He is also survived by his three children.
In Hervé's memory, donations may be made to the Foyer Saint-Antoine.
