He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Belle-Isle and Mélendé Belle-Isle (LeBlanc); and his siblings, Marguerite, Marie and Joseph.

He is survived by: his wife Ella Belle-Isle (Allain); his children, Linda (Ronnie) of Bouctouche, Guy (Vance) of Saint-John and Gisèle (Daniel) of Saint-Antoine; his grandchildren, Michele, Melanie, Gabriel and Isabelle; his great grandchildren, Noah, Arabella, Brayden and Carson; and his sisters, Emma Collette and Clara LeBlanc. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In Félix's memory a donation can be made to the Manoir Saint-Jean-Baptiste Activities Fund or other charity of the donor's choosing.
