It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Claira Richard (Bouctouche, New Brunswick), born in Cocagne, New Brunswick, who passed away on April 29, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Richard; her parents, Donat Léger and Délia Léger (Cormier); her sons, Ronald, Jean-Guy and Jean-Yves; and her siblings, Jeannita, Ronald, Cléophas and Yvon.

She is survived by: her sons, Emerie (Lisette), Paul (Denise) of Saint-Antoine, Bernard (Irène) of Bouctouche, Ernest (Lucille) of Sainte-Marie and Gerard (Claudia) of Moncton; her brothers, Eddie (Anise) of Moncton and Alonzo of Dieppe; and her niece Thérèse Richard of Bouctouche. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

Due to the covid 19 pandemic restrictions, there will be a private visit and a private funeral service at a later date.
