He was predeceased by: his parents, Lindor LeBlanc and Doris LeBlanc (Cormier); and his sister Gisèle. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Rhéa Doucette (Eddie) of Notre-Dame, Alice Caissie (late Roméo) of Saint-Antoine, Cécile Richard (Henri) and May Léger (Jules) of Saint-Grégoire. He is also survived by his four sisters.
Proof of vaccination and face mask are mandatory at the funeral home to comply with Public Health guidelines.
In Blair's memory, donations may be made to the Foyer Saint-Antoine.
