He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Strachan (Jock) and Margaret Strachan (Peggy); his child Rae (Murray); his wife Viola (Davis); his children, Donald James Strachan, Margaret Watt (Duncan) of Ottawa, ON and Barbara Strachan of Ottawa, ON; his daughter-in-law Judy Strachan of Chetwynd, BC; his grandchildren, Kelly (Brandi), Kurt (Jaylene), Eric, Kayla Strachan (Nathan), Sara Rae (Trevor), Emily Ann Watt (Pasi), Iain and Lauren Avis; and his pet Max. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews and Viola's extended family.
Masks are requested by family for attendance at all services.
