She was predeceased by: her parents, Franciscus Spanjers and Maria Spanjers (Fransen); her siblings, Elizabeth Spanjers, Annie Schepens (John), Antoon, Martin, William, John (Ann), Matthew (Hannah) and Pete Spanjers; and her brother-in-law Arnold Bleumink.
She is survived by: her children, Frank (Melissa) of Manitoba, Henry (Debbie) of Nova Scotia, Joe (Valerie) of Boiestown, NB and Mary (Arnold); her sister Josephine Bleumink; and her sister-in-law Annie Spanjers of Holland. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
