He was predeceased by: his wife Betty; his parents, Annie Foster (Campbell) and Miles Foster; and his siblings, Kenneth Foster, Elva Holt and Camilla Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Foster (Sandra) of Bocabec, NB, David Foster (Margaret) of Waweig, NB and Barbara Harvey (Roy) of Calgary, AB; his brothers, Burton Foster and Miles Foster of Charlottetown, PEI; his grandchildren, Cindy Kohler (Adam), Matthew Foster (Jennifer), Michael Harvey (Janelle), Joy Reynolds (Eric) and Paul Harvey (Kara); and his great grandchildren, Lukas Kohler, Dylan, Sophia, Isabella Foster, Adalee, Kaleb Harvey and Belle Reynolds. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
