He was predeceased by: his parents, Fraser Waugh and Verna Waugh (MacDougall); his son Earl Waugh Jr.; his siblings, Oral, Wiley Waugh and Elizabeth Wasson; his grandson Lonnie John McIntosh; and his children-in-law, Leon McIntosh and Debbie Whalen.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Waugh (Cole); his children, Ola McIntosh, Wanda Windle (Roy), Aubrey Waugh (Linda), Audrey Evans (Ron), Cindy Gilbert (Dave), John Waugh (Lori), Randy Waugh (Heather), Mae Carrier (Joe Jr.) and David Waugh; and his siblings-in-law, Raymond Wasson (Marilyn) and Cathy Waugh. He is also survived by thirty grandchildren; thirty-nine great grandchildren; ten great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sherwood's Funeral Home (18 Scovil Rd, Norton, NB E5T1Z2). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Riverbank Cemetery (2432 NB-121, Riverbank, NB E5T4M3).
