She was predeceased by: her spouse Moise G. Richard of Blacks Harbour, NB; her parents, H. Levi Thompson and Florence Thompson (Bryant); her grandchildren, Jonathan Munn, Tara Wilkinson and Tasha Wilkinson; and her brothers, Hugh Thompson and Harry Thompson of Ontario.

She is survived by: her children, Timmy Richard (Lori) of St. Stephen, NB, David Richard (Mary Lou) of Blacks Harbour, NB, Marlene Moffatt (Peter) of Blacks Harbour, NB and Darlene McVicar (Wade Johnson) of Blacks Harbour, NB; and her siblings, James Thompson of Blacks Harbour, NB, Arnold Thompson of Blacks Harbour, NB, Ida Deveau of Blacks Harbour, NB, Gladys Scott of Blacks Harbour, NB and Marion Richard (Leo) of Blacks Harbour, NB. She is also survived by several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
