He was predeceased by: his parent Alonzo Dugas. He is survived by: his parent Genevieve Dugas (Cyr); his significant other Carol Moore of Blacks Harbour; his children, Ryan Moore, Renee Moore, Robert Moore and Rachel Holmes (Josh); his grandchildren, Sam Lily, Olivia and Hazel; and his siblings, Wallace "Wally" Dugas of Saint John, Gloria Calvin of Parleeville and Julien Dugas of British Columbia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In Eugene's memory, donations to a Bobby's Hospice, Charlotte County Cancer or to a charity of the donor's choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
