He was predeceased by: his mother Beatrice Cooke; his siblings, Kenneth Cooke (Ella), Johnny Cooke (Nancy), Donald Cooke and Helen; his nephew Stephen Cooke; his niece Katherine Cooke; and his grandson Owen Babcock.
He is survived by: his wife Louise; and his children, Jeffery Cooke (Heather), Mark Cooke (Elsie), Shawn Cooke (Amanda), Dawn Winters (Mark) and Angie Babcock (Dave). He is also survived by Several grand kids, nieces, and nephews.
In Doug's memory, donations to the Charlotte County Cancer Society or a charity of the donors choice.
