She was predeceased by: her father Johnny LaPointe; and her brother Wayne. She is survived by: her mother Rosella LaPointe (Hickey); and her children, Frederick (Marilyne) of Ayredare, AB, Edward of Belledune, Sadie Degrichie (Mick) of Dalhousie, Eugene (Yamara) of Lethbridge, AB., Barbara Degrichie of Black Point and Daniel Welsh of Gravelhill. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren;6 great grandchildren; 6 great great-grandchildren as well as her six brothers and 5 sisters.
