He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Grimes and Bessie Grimes; and his brothers, Delbert, Weldon, Stanley and Fred Cady.
He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Andy Grimes of Blackland and Tara Lee McNeil (Donald) of Blackland; and his brothers, Terry and Vance.
