He was predeceased by: his parents, Armand Cormier and Germaine Cormier (Martel); his son Stephen; his grandson Finn; and his siblings, Carmel, Jeannine and Roger.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa (Doucet); his children, Cindy Cormier (Josh Arnold) of Halifax, NS and David (Bonnie Stewart) of Windsor, ON; his grandchildren, Isaac, Oscar, Angus and Josephine; and his sister Marcelle Snyder.
Due to Covid restrictions, funeral services in Belledune will be held at a later date.
