He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfather Allan James Culligan (Allie) of Belledune; his parents, Alvin Culligan and Cassie Culligan (Devereaux); his children, Darrell of Jacquet River, Joey of Quispamsis, Michael (Esther), Keith of Jacquet River, Arlene Vogler (Steve) of Halifax and Leigh Culligan-Messer of Fredericton; his siblings, Vaughn (Rose Marie), Colleen and Corinne; his friend Jeanette; his grandsons, Eric and Patrick; his wife Rose Marie (Landry); his grandson Jonathan; his siblings, Roe, Arthur and Margie; and also Lise. He was also cherished by his 14 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
