He was predeceased by: his parents, Perley Cullins and Fanny Cullins. He is survived by: his daughters, Bentea Graham, Nicole McPhee (Ron) and Melissa Steeves (Mark); his sisters, Della Durelle, Carmelle, Rachelle, Michelle and Marcie; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Nicholas, Sandreena, Narado and Ondraya.
