Passed away on March 9, 2017 at the Prince of Wales Manor at the age of 96. Beloved wife of the late William Cutler and the late Gordon Williams. Loving mother of Pamela, Kenneth (Jacqueline) and David (Lucy). Cherished grandmother of Tabitha, Brynn, Griffin, Kevin, Geoffrey and Steven and great-grandmother of Lily. Predeceased by her brother Sydney and sister Marion Dunlevie.

Family and friends are invited to visit at Beechwood, funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services, 280 Beechwood Avenue (East of Vanier Parkway), on Saturday April 1, 2017 from 10 a.m. until time of the memorial service at 11 a.m. Special thanks to all the staff of the Prince of Wales Manor. In memory of Dorothy, donation to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
