He is survived by: his wife Audrey Hawkins (Eldridge) of Beaver Harbour, NB; his children, Kelly Miller (Brian) of Beaver Harbour, NB and Andrew Hawkins (Melissa) of Blacks Falls, AB; his grandchildren, Shannon, Ryan (Alexa) and Fallon (Mitchell); his great grandchildren, Ethan, Cohen, Jake, Brody, Jack, Karsyn and Marcus; his siblings, Wayne Hawkins (Faith) of Blacks Harbour, NB, Belva McIntyre of St. Andrews, NB, Anita Frye (Gary) of Quispamsis, NB and Violet McKinley of Pennfield, NB; and his close friends, Lynn and Ralph Dewar. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
