He was predeceased by: his father Myles Eldridge. He is survived by: his mother Ann Eldridge; his wife Lisa (Nee Tighe); his children, Abby and Elias; and his siblings, Susan and Mark. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
His initial concept, which was intended to reduce air and noise emissions from his tour boats, became the foundation for what would become the world's first hybrid marine propulsion system.
