He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Borland and Ruby Borland (Glendenning); and his brother Rick Borland. He is survived by: his siblings, Ron Borland and Sue Emberley (Rod); his wife Brenda Borland; and his children, Rob Borland, Jennifer Borland, Frank Pell (Tara), Karen Garbutt (Darrin) and Krystal Pell (Matt). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
