He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Coombs and Bernardine Coombs (Legacy); his stepdaughter Michelle; and his siblings, Glenn, Dale, John, Wayne and Shirley.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Ann Coombs (Lavigne); and his children, Tanya (Chris) of Tampa Bay and Dale of Nigadoo.
Donations in memory of Harvey may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
