She was predeceased by: her husband Donat Lecouter; her parents, Edwin Lavigne and Olivine Lavigne (Chiasson); her son Marc Lecouter; and her brother Gordon Lavigne.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Matthew Perry of Nelson, B. C., Emily Perry (Colin) of Fredericton, Aidan Perry of Fredericton and Abracy "Abby" Williams of North Dakota.
