He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Comeau and Alice Comeau (O'Neil); and his siblings, Aurèle (late Jacqueline), Daniel (Thérèse) and Marguerite (Léandar).

He is survived by: his children, Ronald (Gaetane), Ginette (Daniel), Pierre (Julie) and Roger (Mélissa); his grandchildren, Patrick (Terri), Sylvain (Blaine), Catherine, Alexandre, Mathieu and Nathan; his great grandchildren, Malik and Bianca; and his brothers, Hector Comeau of Charlesbourg, QC and Philippe (Rosa) of Bathurst. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
