Deloria Blackett Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deloria Blackett (Bathurst, New Brunswick), born in South Tetagouche, New Brunswick, who passed away on February 4, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Karl Blackett of Chaleur St; her parents, John Guitard and Lucy Guitard (Henry); and her brother Mark. She is survived by: her children, Marjorie Blackett of Niagara Falls, ON, Donna Blackett of Niagara Falls, ON, Cindy Duguay (Wayne) of Big River, Janice Blackett (Barbara Legacy) of Bathurst and Shawn Lewis of Hillsborough, NB.; her grandchildren, Sally, Cory, Jaime, Jason, Christopher and Darien; her great grandchildren, Ryan, Ethan, Adrian, Chad, Avery and Logan; and her siblings, John Guitar of Delhi, ON., Louis Guitard (Marlene) of Delhi, ON. and Alma Pitre (Roger) of Beresford.
We would also like to thank the nurses and doctors in the Covid unit and palliative care for their compassion and care.
