She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Holmes and Rosalie Holmes (Holmes). She is survived by: her children, Michael Sampson (Rebecca) of Bathurst, Rev. Sarah Thompson (Andrew) of Dutton, ON, David Sampson (Julia) of Shubenacadie, NS, Rev. Matthew Sampson (Alyssa) of Toronto, ON and Jonathan Sampson (Robin) of Truro, NS.; and her brothers, Doug Holmes (Marg) of Antigonish, NS, Jim Holmes (Susan) of Antigonish, NS and Ken Holmes (Sandra) of Truro, NS.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
