He is survived by: his children, Thomas Regan (Cathy Langlois) of Quebec City and Gregory Regan (Joelle Blouin) of Laguna Beach, California; his grandchildren, Ryan Regan, Jayden Regan, Madison Regan and Brooklyn Regan; his siblings, James Regan of Oakville, Christine Regan of Oakville and Violet-Alicia Regan-Moreno of Guaymas, Mexico.; and his nephews, Brandon Kevin Stock, Nicholas Regan Osborne, Omar Moreno-Regan, Alexandre Moreno-Regan and Ulysses Moreno-Regan.
