He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Doucet and Mary Doucet (DeGrace); and his siblings, Howard, Grace and Elsie.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Marie (Bresnahan); his son Sean (Charline); his grandchildren, Chloe, Nellie, Ella, Emmet, Will, Ray and Goldie; his siblings, Gerard (Jackie), Ron (Paula), Alvin (Charline), David, Etta McManus (Ray) and Alice Arbour; and his siblings-in-law, Maureen Barnett (Rick Budd), Eileen White (George Thornhill), Daniel Bresnahan (Shirley), Emmet Bresnahan (Donna), Bernie Arbour, Donald Kane, Robert Fournier, Peggy Doucet Melanson and Dorine Doucet.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM at the Elhatton's Funeral Home (187 St George St, Bathurst, NB E2A1B6). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Parish (430 St Peter Ave, Bathurst, NB E2A2Y2).
For those who wish, donations in memory of Cletus may be made to Holy Family Parish, Rotary Club Foundation or The Canadian Cancer Society.
