Charles Lavigne Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Lavigne (Bathurst, New Brunswick), who passed away on February 2, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Charles is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Charles' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Lavigne (Grant); and his parents, Dennis Lavigne and Aline Lavigne (Valcourt). He is survived by: his children, Michel Lavigne (Lise), Jennifer Lavigne (Oscar), Angela Carrier (Christian), Andrea Leakey (Alan) and Diane Couture (Randy); and his brothers, Denis Lavigne (Frida), Stephen Lavigne (Carol), Roland Lavigne (Susan) and David Lavigne (Diane).
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Church (430 St Peter Ave, Bathurst, NB E2A2Y2).
