Carmel Hachey Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2023, Carmel Hachey (Bathurst, New Brunswick) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Doucet and Zita Doucet (White); and her siblings, Nora Doucet of Miramichi, Ivan, Bernie, Eugene, Theodore "Sunny", Gregory and Marion.

She is survived by: her sons, Patrick "Paddy" Hachey of Nova Scotia and Michael Hachey of British Columbia; her granddaughters, Daphne and Jenny; and her stepgrandsons, Brandon Boyd, Tyler Roy, Tyson Roy and Nathan Prendergast.

Donations in memory of Carmel may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
