He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Boucher and Béatrice Boucher (Couture); and his siblings, Roger, Raymond, Théodore, Howard, Jeanne, Arc and Irène.

He is survived by: his children, Claude Boucher (Claudette Bujold) of Bathurst, Lisa Lavigne (William) of Bathurst and Linda Boudreau (Jean-Claude) of Dunlop; his grandchildren, Jean-Luc, Caroline, Danny and Bruce; his great grandchild Alivia-Diane; and his siblings, Donald Boucher (Marie-May) of Bathurst, Armand Boucher (late Colette) of Bathurst, Catherine Henry (Ronald) of Bathurst and Jeannine Frenette (late Rosaire) of Bathurst.

Donations in memory of Adrien may be made to the Lung Association or a charity of the donor's choice.
