He was predeceased by: his parent Harry Fowler; his son Kevin; his grandson Kenneth Oakes; and his brothers, Cyril and Gordon.
He is survived by: his parent Pauline Fowler (Lovely); his wife Hazel; his children, Larry Fowler (Kim), Carl Fowler (Carvelle), Valerie Fowler, Richard Fowler (Brenda), Loree Underhill (Clark), Keith Connors June Wood (Alice) and Stephen Fowler; and his sister Shirley Antworth (Carvell). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
