She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Lovely and Lena Lovely (Senechal); her son Thomas Jeffrey; her brother Keith Lovely; her sister-in-law Carol Lovely; and her nephews, John Lovely and Ricky Pellerin.

She is survived by: her son Rodney (Sabrina); her daughters-in-law, Tracy Kilcollins and Tia St-Amand; her grandchildren, Chandler Bing, Chanelle (Sam), Shelbi (Kristina) and Sierra (Jamie); her siblings, Kathleen Pellerin (Dolly), Murray Lovely (Beatrice) and Jack Lovely; her siblings-in-law, Real Pellerin and Ann Lovely; and her nieces, Ashley Broad (Jeremy) and Tammy (Glen). She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and cousins.

In Charlene's memory, donations may be made to the Bath Lions Medical Travel Fund or to a memorial of the donor's choice.
