He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Burgess and Florence Burgess (Cochrane); his son Andrew; and his great grandchild Liam. He is survived by: his wife Alice Connors; his daughter Victoria Kristensen of Moncton; his stepchildren, Chad Connors (Kim) of Bass River, Gina Scott of Moncton, Valorie Alexander and Carol Kurtz (Ron) of Cambridge, ON; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Brandon, Corey, Emily, Julia, Samantha, Josey, Connor and Owen; his great grandchildren, Donovan, Vayda, Madison, Jax, Jones and Wesson; and his siblings, Loretta Campbell of Moncton, Agnes Mitchell of Moncton and Charles Burgess (Maureen) of Beersville. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
