Françis Vautour Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2020, Françis Vautour (Bas-Cap-Pele, New Brunswick) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Vautour and Dométhilde Vautour (Bourque); his wife Léontine; his daughter Eva Boudreau (Norbert) of College Bridge; and his siblings, Clara Donelle (late Freddie) of Bas-Cap, Elmira Bourque (late David) of Trois-Ruisseaux, Viola LeBlanc (late Edgar) of Bas-Cap, Bertha Duguay (Edmond) of Bas-Cap, Alcide (late Emma) of Bas-Cap and Donat (Sarah) of Bas-Cap.

He is survived by: his children, Raymond (Noëlla) of Cap-Pelé, Éric of Hamilton, ON, Norman (Jasmine) of Bas-Cap, Michael (Diane) of Bas-Cap, Brian (Monette) of Bas-Cap, Gary of Bas-Cap, Pierre (Charlene) of Bas-Cap, Roselind Bourgeois (Jean Guy) of Shediac Cape and Mona Auffrey (Roger) of Pré; and his siblings-in-law, Sarah Vautour (late Donat) of Bas-Cap and Edmond Duguay (late Bertha) of Bas-Cap. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.

Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic and at the request of the family, a private service will be held at a later date.

In memory of Françis, a donation to the St-Thérèse d'Avila cemetery in Cap-Pelé or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
