She was predeceased by: her parent Richard Mansfield. She is survived by: her parent Dorothy Mansfield (Bentley); her husband Garth Maxwell; her daughters, Carol Anne Thibault (Raymond) and Pamela Lynn Maxwell; her grandchildren, Bryan, Kayla, Jeffery, Hope, Miranda, Cody, Stacy, Charity, Serenity and Damien; and her great grandchild Tyson.
