He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Manuel and Elizabeth Manuel (Robichaud). He is survived by: his wife Tracy; his daughter Megan; and his siblings, Lucien Manuel, Marguerite Martin (Leonard), Therese Martin (Simion), Sylvain Manuel (Patricia), Maria Carroll (Eddie) of Napan, Catherine Carroll (Richard), Sylvia Manuel, Edna Daigle (Edgar) of Pointe Sapin, Edgar Manuel (Ilene) and Fred Manuel (Tammy).
