Schofield of Baie-Sainte-Anne, New Brunswick, born in Chatham, New Brunswick leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 28, 2024 at the age of 95. He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Schofield and Eva Schofield (Turbide); his wife Florentine Schofield (Manuel); his grandson Justin; and his siblings, Therese, Laurida and Alyre.

He is survived by: his children, Anne Richardson (Alden) of Miramichi, Denise Martin (Andre) of Moncton, Carmelle Schofield of Baie-Sainte, Lisette Schofield of Bathurst, Gilles Schofield (Francine) of Baie-Sainte, Jacques Schofield (Argentine) of Moncton, Rosaire Schofield of Baie-Sainte, Alain Schofield (Margaret) of Moncton, Guy Schofield (Eugenie) of Baie-Sainte, Marc Schofield (Angie) of Miramichi, André Schofield (Wendy) of Escuminac, Colin Schofield of Quispamsis and Yves Schofield (Lisette) of Baie-Sainte; and his siblings, Bernice Savoie (Ade) of Baie-Sainte, Adrienne Oriet (late George) of Ontario, Adele Pillon (late Armand) of Ontario, Ariste Schofield (Laurie) of Baie-Sainte and Aubin Schofield (Caroline) of Miramichi. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sister Blandine Martin Slumber Room, Sainte-Anne Catholic Church (5353 NB-117, Baie-Sainte-Anne, NB E9A1E4). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Sainte - Anne Catholic Church (5353 NB-117, Baie-Sainte-Anne, NB E9A1E4).

As expressions of sympathy, donations to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
