He is survived by: his wife Linda; and his siblings, Bob Barwell (Brenda) of Ontario, Alan Barwell of Saint John, NB, Dean Barwell of Saint John, NB, Beverley Barwell of Saint John, NB, Diane Douthwick of Ontario and Twylla Barwell of Saint John, NB. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In Victor's memory, donations to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
