She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Phinney and Isabel Phinney (Anderson); her husband William (Bill); and her siblings, Lottie, Alberta, Lloyd, Gerald, Roderick, Douglas, Robert and Keith.
She is survived by: her children, Terry (Brenda MacGregor), Brenda Redgers (David), Burlington and Debbie Sears; her grandchildren, Christopher, Amanda, Michael, Tina and Laura; her great grandchildren, Ashley, Kai and Caden; her great great grandchild Gabrielle; and her sisters, Judy Mann, Donna Fury and Barbara Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations in memory of Louise may be made to the Midgic Cemetery or the Midgic Baptist Church.
